    OUR PROCESS

    Our straightforward process makes it easy to start your journey:

    STEP ONE:
    Site visit with you, the client to chat about what updates and additions or changes you need completed. At this point we can discuss materials and budget expectations.

    STEP TWO:
    Renovations have a few process options, depending on the size of the renovation. We can either go through the design process with the client under pre-construction method or advance to quoting if they have plans, specifications, material list  etc

    STEP THREE:
    Receive your quote – we’ll prepare a clear, detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect.

    STEP FOUR:
    Once you’ve accepted the quote, we’ll begin the planning and preparation. This will include discussing the schedule and project timeframe. We like to be transparent with time so you can plan around the interruptions.

    STEP FIVE:
    Building begins – We’ll keep you up to date with anything out of the ordinary otherwise we’ll do our job and do it well.

    STEP SIX:
    Final Inspection and hand over.
