    OUR PROCESS

    Our straightforward process makes it easy to start your journey:

    STEP ONE:
    Initial meeting may involve looking at existing plans & relevant documents to discussing the potential of a new home build and what could be achieved. The discussion is a good opportunity to gauge each other and see if we’re both a good fit and can meet each others expectations, budgets etc.

    STEP TWO:
    Depending on what stage the project is at, we will provide a pre-construction letter of engagement to the clients outlining specific services and fee’s applicable to the project to get the project to construction stage before entering into a major domestic building contract. This may include budget estimates, obtaining soil test, engineering, energy ratings, specifications list, discussions and meetings with Architects or Building Designers to get the project construction ready. We also work collaboratively with landscape architects and landscapers to acheive the ultimate turn key experience.

    STEP THREE:
    Once pre-construction is completed, a formal quote can then be provided to complete the project.

    STEP FOUR:
    We then move into contract stage and the excitement of building finally comes to life as we move the project off the paper and into reality.

    STEP FIVE:
    Providing quality control, assessments and a hands on approach throughout the build all the way to handover ensures the clients really do get the outcome they expect.

    STEP SIX:
    Final Inspection and then move in.
